Taylor|Anderson LLP is seeking an experienced legal assistant to support a team of partners and associates in our litigation practice area. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, travel coordination, billing coordination (including review of prebills, revisions and finalizations), client interaction, time entry, document comparisons, conference call coordination, scanning, invoice processing, preparation of expense reports, and telephone/email communication with clients and attorneys. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years legal secretarial experience, preferably in litigation, and must be comfortable working in a fast paced legal environment, as well as, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently. Must be familiar with standard MS office applications, Word, Outlook and Excel.
