Overview

Margaret Boehmer defends clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. She works as an associate defending clients in a wide variety of tort and commercial law cases, including negligence, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, and consumer protection disputes.  

She has taken numerous lay witness and party depositions, drafted a prevailing dispositive motion in an multimillion dollar antitrust action, and presented written and oral argument to the Colorado Supreme Court in an original proceeding under Colorado Appellate Rule 21.

Early in her career, Margaret worked for Lockheed Martin under the Student Practice Act, and participated in preparing a number of jury trials.  Her experience includes participating in all phases of the discovery process, drafting trial briefs and motions, arguing legal motions, and preparing witnesses.
