Mai Nguyen

Mai Nguyen began her practice representing a variety of healthcare entities including hospitals, long-term acute care facilities, physicians, nurses, and health plans in claims of medical malpractice, wrongful death, professional liability, premises liability, and contract disputes.  She has successfully mediated claims and achieved favorable outcomes through her pragmatic and efficient problem-solving approach.

With her background in insurance defense, Mai Nguyen now serves as monitoring and primary counsel for excess carriers in high exposure litigation and trial in a variety of practice areas throughout multiple jurisdictions.
