He works closely with industry professionals, engineers, physicians, economists, and other experts to develop persuasive case strategies and effective defenses in matters involving significant financial and reputational risk.

Throughout his career, Mr. Emami has represented a diverse client base ranging from individuals and closely held businesses to national corporations and insurance carriers. He has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. His courtroom experience includes appearing in state and federal courts, examining fact and expert witnesses, arguing substantive motions, and preparing complex cases for trial.

Prior to joining Taylor Anderson, Mr. Emami practiced with several respected Southern California litigation firms, where he handled a wide array of complex liability and commercial matters. In addition, he served in an in-house legal capacity for a hospitality company, assisting with risk management initiatives, contract negotiations, and the development of multi-million-dollar restaurant and entertainment projects. These experiences provide him with a practical understanding of the legal, operational, and financial challenges facing businesses and decision-makers.
