Brent Anderson has a national trial practice, defending multimillion dollar catastrophic injury cases, with a focus on product liability and trucking matters. He has tried cases in 15 different states, and litigated matters from Alaska to Florida, and Maine to California.
Brent’s experience in effectively presenting complex and technical information at trial runs the gamut from fire science and electrical engineering principles to multi-vehicle accident reconstructions. Such skills have allowed him to act successfully as national trial counsel for a number of different product manufacturers, winning cases as diverse as an asbestos trial in Philadelphia, a quadruple-death cases in Kansas, and a consumer product trial in Las Vegas.
Brent is typically hired by excess carriers to parachute into cases and try them, although early involvement in a case is much preferred.
