He has routinely and successfully represented public and private companies, as well as individuals and local governmental entities, in complex, multi-million dollar matters involving a wide range of legal and technical issues across a broad spectrum of industries and fields. From 2010-2014, he served as a lead member of the trial team successfully representing Halliburton nationwide in all civil litigation arising from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
