Joe started his legal career in 2007 and handles complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on defending excess carriers in matters involving catastrophic personal injury and death, construction defect, claims brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and complex products and premises liability claims. He has litigated cases as a solo practitioner, in an in-house Corporate Counsel role, and in large law firm settings.
He is licensed to practice in multiple state and federal jurisdictions, and in the past served on the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee, advising clients on proposed and pending bills in the Colorado legislature.
