Shannon G. Gibson

Shannon Gibson is a trial lawyer who helps her clients through complex civil litigation.  She has over 20 years of legal experience which includes litigating a wide variety of matters, representing individuals, corporate clients, and state governmental entities.  She is a skilled litigator who assists clients from the commencement of their legal matter through its conclusion, whether that be settlement or verdict.  Her experience includes toxic tort litigation, drug litigation, personal injury, trucking accidents, 42 U.S. Code § 1983 claims involving excessive use of force, failure to protect, and medical malpractice.

Shannon is currently focused on defending clients in trucking accidents, and complex civil litigation involving catastrophic events and high stakes.  She is an enthusiastic advocate who relentlessly pursues the best results for her client.  As a believer in life-long learning, Shannon enjoys becoming an expert in the subject matter involved in each of her cases.  She works hand-in-hand with her clients and the team at Taylor Anderson to develop a strong and creative defense strategy in order to help her clients successfully navigate the perils of litigation and trial.

Shannon has successfully represented clients in both state and federal jury and bench trials, mediations, appeals and settlements.  Her clients have included the State of Texas Criminal Justice Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety, corporate entities including multiple Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, pharmacies in nationwide drug litigation, and individuals.
