Overview

Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Nadina attended university in Washington, and Oregon, before attending law school at University of Nevada, Las Vegas Boyd School of Law, graduating in 2013. After graduation, Nadina practiced law in San Diego, California and Lake Charles, Louisiana. Nadina’s civil practice has included commercial defense litigation involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, breaches of fiduciary duty, unfair trade practices, and contract litigation, as well as plaintiff work, including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, toxic torts, and property disputes.

Experience

  • Successfully defended and obtained the dismissal of a multi-plaintiff products liability wrongful death lawsuit against a retailer/manufacturer.
  • Participated as plaintiffs’ counsel in an MDL case against international chemical manufacturer which resulted in a settlement of over $10 billion dollars.
  • Represented international petrochemical company in numerous injury claims, including the dismissal of a wrongful death claim.
