Overview

Remington is a trial attorney with a diverse portfolio of experience representing clients across multiple industries and states who delivers cost-effective results for a diverse clientele, ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. His practice concentrates on casualty, premises liability, product liability, insurance coverage, first-party property defense, and business litigation.

Experience

  • Obtained defense verdict in a jury trial involving significant personal injuries from a motor vehicle accident in which the plaintiff attempted to pass our client’s vehicle while following an ambulance.
  • Obtained several summary judgment dismissals on behalf of real estate investors in various premise liability claims, including slip and falls and car collisions with pedestrians.
